MilkRound is a company that has developed software to aid in the organisation and management of milk delivery services.
The company has seen significant growth in its sector, especially during the pandemic with the rise in home delivery of milk and other food products. However, their website did not reflect the benefits of using the software, aid the sales process or connect with the right audience.

The website aims to promote the key features of the software and encourage users to take the free trial.
One of the issues with MilkRound’s previous website was that the language and the design focused heavily on the technical aspects of the software. This did not connect to the audience by clearly illustrating how it could help save them time and money. The new website now shows the solutions that the software provides for users for typical issues they would otherwise need to navigate.
We wanted the website to feel modern and streamlined with easy to digest content. We did this by getting to know the product MilkRound were offering, with its key features so that we could highlight these using supporting imagery and user-friendly graphics.
The website is built on the Unicity CMS, which allows MilkRound to easily update the content of the website when they need to.
The new website has been a key tool for the sales team at MilkRound as now they have complete confidence that it is converting visitors into sales leads. Having an easy-to-use CMS also means that they can keep the website updated by promoting new features of the software and client success stories.
