Lichfield Cathedral is a treasured English landmark, a place of worship and major tourist attraction for the city.
A full visual rebrand of the Cathedral was needed, to include a logo redesign, visual identity development and the redesign of their website. This rebrand needed to modernise the Cathedral's appearance in the market, while retaining the historical significance and primary religious focus of the building.

The logo was developed to be a more literal representation of the Cathedral and the supporting visual identity played on the unique architecture of the building.
Following the creation of the new brand identity, we applied this throughout the Cathedral and grounds, with signage, marketing materials and internal documents.

The new Lichfield Cathedral brand identity was well received by the Diocese and local community.
The website has become a focal point for the local community, to see what events are happening at the cathedral, and for its ongoing development to accommodate virtual forms of prayer and worship.
