Carers Trust is a major charity working for and with carers. Their vision is that unpaid carers count, and must be able to access the help they need to live their lives.
The charity needed to re-establish themselves as the leading voice for carers throughout the UK. This required a complete rebrand, giving the charity a new way to look and communicate.

The brand required Adept to get to know the charity, its operations and network partners. We went one step beyond this and connected with carers, funders and their network partners to establish the current perception of the charity from their target audiences.
The new brand saw Adept creating a new logo, tone of voice and visual identity. We then worked with the charity to implement this across all of their marketing materials, including their website, impact report, and internal templates.
The new brand has been a tremendous success, gaining national recognition from the charity's Zoom call with HRM The Queen. Carers Trust have seen positive feedback from all of their target audiences and their website has become a central hub for carers to find the support they desperately need.
